Centre for studies and research in Cognitive Neuroscience (CsrNC)
Scientific Director: Prof. Elisabetta Làdavas
The Centre for studies and researches in Cognitive Neuroscience (CsrNC), founded by the University of Bologna and supported by the Local Health Service (AUSL) of Cesena, combines clinical and scientific research with a central focus on the cognitive disorders caused by acquired brain damage and their rehabilitation. At CsrNC, experimental and applied research are closely tied. The most recent and advanced results from research in cognitive neuroscience and neuropsychological rehabilitation are directly implemented in rehabilitation programs for cognitive disorders. CsrNC is equipped with technological instruments (eye-tracker, prismatic goggles, sensorial stimulation and computerized tests for diagnostic and therapeutic treatment), which makes the CsrNC one of the leading research centres for neuropsychological rehabilitation in Italy. |
